At Jhumka Earring, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our return, refund, and exchange guidelines in line with best practices for transparency, as required by Google Merchant Center.
Return Eligibility
You can return a product within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Please note: Used or damaged items, or products returned after 15 days, may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Jewellery damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear is non-returnable and not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Customized or Broken jewellery
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at contact@jhumkaearring.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship the item to our provided return address.
We provide a return shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us. We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g., DTC Express, Bluedart, Dwarka Courier, or Delhivery).
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take time to reflect based on your bank or payment provider’s policies
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with images of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit equal to the return value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Important Notes
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items unless tracked shipping is used
